anyone know what is going on with the manta. I can't find any around here anywhere (ky). Was seeing some on ebay for twice the retail. Needing some information.

I think there out of production but im not for sure.I just buy them from people on this site.like you said the prices on ebay are crazy!

I heard River Run is still in business just on "extended" break... Just not sure how long the break will be. I used to get some terminal tackle from him and it was hard at best to get it sometimes. When he is out he can not be contacted. Not sure what is going on.

Been watching those on eBay myself. Some nice ones on there. Watched a few go for above $50 this last week. I'll just weight down some Suicks for that price

Throwing in the towel? That is new. Maybe I will buy one or two Mantas then... Wonder if the lure/company is for sale if the rumor is true? Would be one hell of a bait/brand to own.

I wonder what River Run would be worth? Good rule of thumb is 7 years profits. That company has to have some profits!?! Are the Manta bodies and tails made in the USA?
