Got out to Mille Lacs on Saturday, never saw a fish. Put in at Hunter's, fished Flamingo and some of the other rock around there, Doe Island, Wahkon, and a few other areas between. Did anybody have any luck?

Got pounded with wind on Friday. All we managed was a 25" eye, and a lot of water in the boat!

Call me crazy, but I'm gonna make a wild prediction. I think we'll see a monster muskie caught this weekend that could contend for the MN state record.

This weekend we've got the full moon, a long holiday weekend, decent temps, moderate winds, and the fish are fat.

Probably needs to be a 56x28 or better to make it happen. Someone make me right! Saturday 4-6pm looks prime.

Saturday and Monday were good... played fair-weather fisherman on Sunday.

I feel sorry for anyone casting this weekend... bring your WD-40 and surgical gloves... and your certified scale so you can release the state record when you catch her.

I was up on tuesday, windy and mildly chilly. Had 1 follow and 1 that had hooks in it for about 3 seconds. Saw some other guys catch a piggie of a 42". No bait fish anywhere to be found, just some fickle fish.
