The lip on my 7'' deep diving slammer is loose. What glue has worked for those who have made this type of repair?

I've never had to repair a slammer, but I would imagine super glue would work well. After gluing it back in also put a little clean nail polish around the lip and over where the glue is to protect it.

I would use 5 minute epoxy to fix it. It will be stronger than superglue and also you can run a little bit on any open wood parts that may have become exposed when the lip came loose. This will seal everything and it should not come loose again.
