Location: Slippery Rock, PA

I have a fairly new Tica Caimen that starting acting up today. After casting the reel did not want to engage. If you spun the handle reel fast, it would engage but only after several attempts. Any suggestions on what to look for when I tear it apart? Thanks!

Have the same problem with an older Picies, let me know what the deal is! Tried email the did not respond
