Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | How did the muskies treat you over the Father's Day weekend? We got out yesterday for Largemouth on water where there are a few Muskies, but no dice on the Skis. You? |

Location: Ogden, Ut | The family and I went camping for Father's Day weekend. Nice little lake out in the Uinta Basin - no muskies, but we knocked the snot out of the walleyes. Ended the weekend w/ 31 of the tasty little buggers. Sometimes I need to take a break from the muskies to remember what catching fish is like...;-) The hiking and swimming and grilling and Dutch oven cobbler and the fish tacos and the cold beers and pops were pretty refreshing too.
Anyway, we had a great weekend together and I wouldn't have traded it for a boatful of 50 inchers.

| Team Horseshoe hit Vilas for the weekend...boating 7 ski's to just a tad under 45, losing another 4 or 5 nice ones, follows from more than we could keep track of...and drinking some ice cold Labatts...
Looking forward to hitting it again soon.
