havent personally fished it yet but plan to when i get back from canada, i have friends who fish it quite regularly and do quite well on dark colored glide baits and buck tails, be careful as there are sandbars out in the middle that came up real fast

I have fish this lake.

It unique in that the rivers channels run the outside of the lake and the center of the lake is shallow (5 - 6ft). This means near shore it drops off into deeper water. The north shore and the islands & their points (if weeds are present the better) are the places I have had action.

Being a dark water flowage, the org/blk combos work here. I also had luck on a white jackpot, but I really don't think its the color, but what I like to throw. Also works are bass buzz baits as a buddy threw that and got some action.

This lake see its share of pleasure boaters on weekends, so if you fish then, fish early and late and let the yahoos have it during the day.
