Can I replace the lower unit oil while the motor is tilted up some or should the motor be trimmed all the way down when replacing?
Thanks

All the way DOWN, You want to get out as much of the old oil as you can as there may be small metal particles and gunk in the oil.

When I drain mine I put it all the way down and let it drain for at least Hour or until it stops dripping

To fill it I put it all the way down but when I am draining the old oil out all the way down does not put the drain hole at it's lowest level. Ussually you need to tip the motor up a little bit to get the last bit of oil out because the drian hole is not on the bottom of the motor. At least it's not on my F115 or T8.

And, be sure you re-fill from the bottom, up. m
