Hey guys,

This winter I replaced my bow graph's transducer as I broke one last year. I also replaced my old deep cycles with new Trojans. Now I am getting interference on the screen when I turn my trolling motor. If I quickly turn the TM back and forth you can see the interference move up and down on the screen. I've got a three year old Maxxum and a Lowrance X-135 graph. Help!

Ground the frame of your trolling motor or power your sonar from a separate battery from your trolling motor.

there is also some sort of wire you can get right from minn kota no charge that they say helps...if you have a minn kota call them and ask to have that wire sent...it hooks to the batteries somehow...i ordered one and have it but never needed to put it on...

AF is right.. Wire seperately from your TM batteries.

Graph is wired separately from trolling motor already, and cables are run on opposite sides of the boat. I will check with Minn Kota on the cable, thanks.
