Posts: 2089 | I've been really fortunate to be able to use those 2 words in the same sentence. I recieved an e-mail this morning from Jody, informing me his Dad passed away. His Dad was fighting cancer and finally succumbed to this dreaded disease.I post this asking those on here to keep Jody and the entire Dahms family in your prayers. Very good people going through a very difficult time.Oh, and when you see/ talk to a loved one today, TELL them you love them. Steve

Jody-I am sorry for your loss. Please know you and your entire family are in my thoughts during this difficult time. I hope everyone who sees this takes a minute today to slow down and appreciate the special people in their lives, and to never take the time we have with them for granted.

Posts: 85 | Jody, Thoughts to you and your family...... One thing I thought of, your father got to see his son in the In Fisherman magazine, I would like to think that was a proud moment for him. I hope you take comfort in the fact that he got to see that and it hopefully put a warm and happy feeling in him. Insignificant as it is in the grand scheme of things, I hope you find comfort and just maybe a smile in that....... I think he'd like that. Chris
