Location: North East PA , 20 mins from Chautauqua

I have one wooden trolling lure in my box that actully grows a fuzzy mold on it I've whiped it clean a couple of times but it keeps growing back . Has anyone ever had this trouble with any of there baits ?? I was thinking of hitting it with some bleach but am afraid that it will stink up a fish catching bait ?

I am think this is a "caveman" bait?

I certainly would not use bleach, it my ruin your bait besides putting a bad small on it for a long time. I would clean it and let it dry out throughly. It must be getting damp on the bait to grow "fuzz".
