| I have a Lowrance X135 on my boat, works great except for the fact that the screen keeps flashing just as if you were pushing the power button repeatedly. Its ok during the day, however when its dark out I cant stand the flashing light.
I thought about talking to lowrance, but with prior attempts at contacting them for customers, i am not to excited about the usual wait you encounter when trying to call. Any suggestions on what to try here? I tried to do a soft restart with the unit, however i dont think that did anything. I couldnt figure out how exactly to do a Master Reset (hard reset) Anyone else encounter something like this with a unit from lowrance?? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance. |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | I would tell you to send the unit back to Lowrance. Lowrance is very good about customer service. All the experience I have dealt with them and anyone else I know has had nothing but good to say. From what you describe the problem is, I think it will take more than just you to figure it out, best if you just send it in and you won't have to worry about it. Just my thoughts. |

| Finally.... I didnt want to do it, but this time it only took 25 mins to get to talk to someone. They said they were gonna either fix it or just replace the unit and send it back to me most likely free of charge!!!! I must admit they do have some pretty good customer service.
