Nice bait; how long is it? The marabou looks short, but that may just be because it's a longer bait. I really like the blades. Would you mind telling me where you got the metallic red blade from? I'm trying to get all the materials to start making a few tails of my own.

Its 9 inches long. I painted the blade myself with duplicolor anodized red in thin coats

The #9 magnums don't work well in a bulge configuration. The blades tend to stock together with those deep cups. Sometimes it helps to put a sticker-eye or something on the bottom blade to keep them from sandwiching together.
