Location: Bemidji, MN | Hey guys, thought I would throw it out here. I am renting a house on Lake Plantagent in Bemidji. My old roomate moved out, so I am searching for a new one. Half the rent would be $345 a month plus utilities. I have lake front, but no dock or lift at this time, but that could change. I would consider renting it to someone who wanted to use it as a place to go on weekends or whenever, but I would want one person to sign a lease. If you know the lake, and you also know aht you would pay for resorts all the time, it would be a great deal, plus you would be 5 min from lake bemidji, and 40 min or so from leech, cass, big, and elk.
