| I've read a number of testimonials about the excellent customer service of Abu's reel service department and want to add to the praise. Today I was able to benefit from that fine service. I sent them four reels for reconditioning, and got involved in a conversation with Dale, one of the guys there. He answered all of my questions, explaining and advising with the patience of a parent of a four-year-old, then tossed in a tweak on a 4600 series AB reel and my 6500 C3 at no charge. (I hope his boss isn't reading this!) I will start out this upcoming season with four essentially new reels and the satisfaction of knowing the manufacturer is standing behind the product. With service like that, why would I buy a different reel? |
