try out our "search" function, it's on the top right of the page. if you use some different search terms and narrow it down to the forum and timeframe you're interested to know about you can find a ton of information. Posts: 96 | Clear fork is like the rest of the lakes in Ohio. Full of shad. I have had good luck with white baits. There are lots of lakes within 60 miles or so that have muskie. West Branch,Alum Creek,Leesville,Salt Fork, etc....

Clear Fork is a lake where you can literally catch them on any technique on any type of bait. This lake is loaded with fish and depending on time of year and your personal preference you can cast or troll, shallow or deep, on just about any type of bait. My favorite casting baits for this lake are a 1oz Grim Reaper Spinnerbait, six inch Reef Hog, Jackpot, Big Game Twitch, and a Sledge. For trolling J-13 Rapalas, Monster Shads, Wileys, and AC Shiners will all produce well for you. All months are good to fish here but my favorites are May and October. Hope this helps a little and all I can say is experiement with this lake, and don't be afraid to try trolling small baits very early in the season in very shallow water, this can be a hot method at times.
