Auto shop. Mine is called GB Gardner Bender 12-4 AWG Heat Shrink Tubing. Got it at Napa. Any electrical supply shop shoudl have it too.

a heat gun works best for shrink tubing. once you get the setting figured out you can shrink it without burning it like can happen with a torch.

hardware store should have it. I found some at Westlake Ace Hardware. I would think Home Depot and Lowe's would have some to. Just ask someone.

I use 3/8 inch heat shring tubing they sell at true value in the electrical dept. $3 for enough to do 9 baits.
