Posts: 46 Location: Central Illinois | I too went and was very pleased with the clinic. Ticket was $45 and everyone their walked about with at least $45 worth of baits. Not to mention the priceless information that was given out during the seminar and poolside. Got to see a lot of new baits for 07' in the pool and even try out a few. Some good looking stuff coming out this year. The 2 lb Bulldawg was awesome looking, the thing is a beast. Nice job Greg, Tony, Mike and Chad. Look forward to it next year.

Posts: 5171 | I got a new dc 10 double lungen tail bait with the ever popular giant tadem double colorado blades that were hot in Minnesota last year. The other lure I chose was the 13 inch giant eel by DeLong.Great lures there that are hot and you would use.Now the seminar is a must see Greg on his electronics will save you alot time geting set and other tricks he has.Mike talks about baits and fishing super deep water in Indiana which to me is always interesting, since I fish in 2feet.Tony the shallow weed master talks about different presentations and of lures over and under the weeds, depth, how to select productive weeds, and different kinds of lures.Chad talks about the muskie locations on resivours starting with the pre spawn period to ice out or showtime which ever comes first. Also they tested about 30 new baits so you know what you want and dont want at the Chicago show. The 45 dollars you spend there is a great deal.Bill Ramsey Edited by 0723 1/7/2007 7:21 PM

Posts: 46 Location: Central Illinois | They had a good mix of stuff that you got to pick from. It was a raffle drawing but their was only about 20-25 people their, so they picked all of our names twice and also got a shot at an Okuma tackle box with eight baits in it that was given away at the end. Llungen had a good showing of baits, their new stuff is really cool looking with the DC - 10 and the Reefer which was awesome in the pool the thing shakes like crazy, they also have a new inline spinnerbait coming out that isn't named yet, it's the same idea as their inline llungen tail; it's just a spinner bait. Shack Attack, Suick, Slammer, Schumway, Stealth Leaders, Big Joes, Musky Armor, Musky Mayham, and alot more (sorry if I forgot anyone that donated stuff). I would definitely recommend going if you get the chance. The lures were just a bonus. All the information was well worth the price of admission.
