Posts: 5874 | After immense patience, more than I have ever mustered, I finally got my new Tuffy 1890, with MERCURY motors! Long wait, but I am satisfied, and can now start putting on the stuff. I might even get it on the water this weekend! Just want to say thanks to Steve Bendall, and Steve Worrall. It's a real purdy boat, and it's good to see those black motors on it. Worrall put the colors together, and Steve built it the way I expected. Glad to be back in the Tuffy fold again. I was gone for too long. Posts: 5874 | There. It has the Rev4 on it. You can bet that I will be playing with a few others next year, but this prop will be a great starting point.

Posts: 2384 Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | Nice boat Shep! I guess I'll have to takea ride with you next year. Maybe when I'm in Door County next summer I could take a trip down to the Bay and you could show me around. BTW, how deep is your garage? If that boat would fit in mine I may be boat shopping soon!

Posts: 5874 | Treats, You better call me when you are in the area. We'll take a day and go Columbussing for ski's on the Bay. Maybe even get you on some pig eyes, depending on the date. My garage is 26 feet deep. It fits with several feet to spare. I believe the total length of the boat, motor(down) and trailer(Swing tongue) is 22 feet.

Posts: 2384 Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | I have a 22' garage so getting that thing in is probably not going to happen then. I guess it's the old Procraft in the 3rd stall driveway for another year. We're planning on being over there sometime late July-1st week in August. It's still in the works right now, but I'll drop you a line when I know what's going on. -S

Posts: 5874 | Well, I got the kibosh put on the annual Pike outing with Jomusky and Eric, and I just heard they put the docks back in at Bays de Noc! hmmmm. I have the depth finder mounted on the dash, perhaps a trip up to troll for big eyes is in order! Actually, I'm really excited to get the rigging finished, and have it ready for some shows this winter. If this weather holds, I am definately getting it wet next weekend!
