Subject: Weagles-Clear Coat?

I wasn’t sure if I should post this question on the general discussion section or here. Can someone please tell me if any of the Musky Nut Weagles were made with a clear coat? Some people tell me yes, others say no. I am trying to figure out if the Weagle I have was clear coated by someone or it was made that way from the company. The whole bait including the eyes has a clear coat on it. Any info would be helpful.

Some NUT baits had clear coat and some did not. Does it look like the screw eyes were in when the clear coat was applied? If they were, someone clearcoated it after buying it. If not, it was coated at the time of purchase from Musky Nut.
