I love it. Can be worked much faster than a full size Weagle. The baby scored Cady and I fish on the the Chip during last year's PMTT.

Had two fish eat the jailbait last week within two cast and somehow managed to lose both on jumps....it's all about the mini swooosh!

Steve, the Weagle you picked up for me has really been a killer ovr the past season and the beginning of this. It wants to dive a bit more, due to much paint being off and the taking on of water, but it still gets notice from big ones. I toss the G-Log a bit more than the weagle now, as my good buddy makes them to my specs, but there is still something about that particular bait that just plain works!

The "Jailbait" (Baby Weagle) is currently still being made by Musky Nut Tackle, but will be transferred to Muskie Mojo in the very near future. The Baby Weagle and Baby Wabull are coming home with their big brothers.

The Jailbait is NOT the baby weagle.

The Jailbait is a Baby Wabull.

Hey ballcap

I am very confused

I thought the Fit was the baby wabull and the Jailbait is the baby Weagle

Are the Fit and the Jailbait the same???

And wouldn't Luke know if anyone does, LOL!

To clairfy w/ regards to Ballcap's post...
Original (prototype, essentially) babies were made of wood. Jailbait is plastic, I presume FIT to be also. So technically, they are 4 different lures. (but I was also under the assumption that the Jailbait is a topwater and the FIT is a diving glider...)
S.

By most accounts, they work similarly.

Ok I have a Weagle (or 10, LOL)

It floats and it is made of wood

I have a Baby Weagle with MNTC stamped on the side from the pre-clear-coat MNTC production phase

It floats and it is made of plastic

I have several Fits. The ones I have thrown sink and they are made of plastic. All of them have an "F" hand painted under the clear coat.

I have several of what I presume to be Jailbaits, because they look just like the Fit except they do not have an "F" on the tail underneath the clearcoat.

Tonight I am going home and throwing all of them in a bucket of water to see what floats and what does not. And then I am going to pretend I'm not embarassed by the fact that I have so many lures I don't remember what some of them are...

According to MNTC, the Fit is a jerkbait, and the Jailbait is a ??????????????

http://www.muskynut.com/comingsoon.htm

If a Fit is a jerkbait and a Wabull (got some of those too) is a jerkbait, does that mean a Fit is a Baby Wabull?

If a Weagle and a Baby Weagle both float, than what the hell is a jailbait? If it floats is it a Baby Weagle?

I'm going into business for myself. For $1 I will happily examine your MNTC/Mojo lures and tell you what they are, what they do, and what other names they might be known by...

As soon as someone tells me

I've been living with Cady for 3 months down here in AZ now.

I don't think he even knows the difference between baits anymore !!!
