I fish a lake out east that has great muskie in it...but is also a world class walleye lake. There are so many 24 plus inch walleyes that they are actually effecting the forage base...so there has been a great night bite casting for the eyes so I figured I would give it a try...It was a very slow night for the eyes but I did manage to hook one...pretty darn exciting on light gear...solid strike...took lots of drag...head shakes...even allowed me to hook it on the outside of a giant beckman net and lose her. Cannot wait until next time, I think I have added that night part of my fishing, as I fish alone quite a a bit and think this could be a safer bet than the muskie fishing I was doing alone at night....I am was not totally converted..Ben
