| Come on honestly who has the most baits in there boat???
Im at 122 baits respectively.and growing each day. |
| |
| I probably have just less than 100, but only bring about 40 with me in the boat. The ones I bring depend on where and when I’m fishing. |
| |
| 60 or so in boat...more at the end of the season of coarse..and over 1200 at home for backups.[] |
| |
| Just counted the baits in boxes I took out of my 20' Esox Deep V this Fall...130 not counting the box of Creatures, 178 counting them.
Lord help me, I just ordered a dozen Slammers at the Milwaukee show. I am ordering a dozen Undertakers, too, and have 1/2 dozen Musky Busters coming;
By that count the lures in my boat are worth more than my pet deer rifle. Time to buy a Weatherby; 300 Weatherby magnum, muzzle brake, stainless. That way if I JUST miss, like I did this year, I will still knock the buck over. |

| I probaly bring out about 100 that includes my spinner bait bag and crankbait box and keep another 250 in reserve, sick isn't it. Al[:praise:] |

| I take about 40-60 lures with me depending on how many different techniques I use a day. Some waters have loads of bushes hanging over the water, then other spots on the same water are deep, others are shallow with loads of weedbeds, ... I can't use one lure for all these different conditions, now can I?? At least that's what I like to tell myself when I (for the thousand's time) think about why I always keep bringing those baits when I never use them anyway![:blackeye:]
Oh well, that's half the fun, isn't it?[;)] |
| |
| I have four boxes at around 200 lures. Being a weekend fisherman things can fluctuate, may not have seen a lake in awhile and may not always know the conditions i face. Taking around 200 lets me have the half dozen or so I may use. |
| |
| My Dad and I share lures and we have well over 200. Not exactly sure how many we got, but it's a lot.

| WOW! What a relief,Jason has me beat by about 300! I thought I went/was going overboard till I read his response. Thanks Jason!I guess I will have to keep searching for that "magic" lure.I usually have about 50 or so lures in the boat depending on the season, more in the fall.Good Luck,Paul |

| WOW!!!!! I feel like a little kid with only about 80 in my boxes. thought the bug had hit me bad but I see that I've only got a "little fever"........but it's getting worst!!![:p] [:p] |
| |
| Not sure on the exact number, it vary's from day to day.
I have the large Lakewood box stuffed full and around 6 or so Plano "Stow-away" boxes stuffed in the storage compartments. Then a handful of bait's scattered around the boat that come and go as the condition's change. If I had to guess, I would say around 200 |
| |
| Almost 200 total at last count with only one box in the boat with 70 or so. |
| |
| I fish by myself a lot. then I can birng 300+ baits
in six boxes. But then there is no room in the boat. If someone else is with me I try to get by with 2 boxes. Now I'm running out of room in the boxes and some bait get left home. Its hell trying to use them all in one day. [;)] |
| |
| I only bring about 200 in the boat but I have over 350 maybe close to 400 baits total.
If Bill Schwartz keeps up with these custom colors, no telling how many I may get.[:p] |

| hi. i have three lakewood magnums filled to over flow i bring out with me and my creature box has at least 150 rigged and then tons of extra bodys and heads and ssuch then i have a lakewood med with just surf baitss i bring. i have got to be at well over 4,000 lures at home for example i own a totale of 325 reefhawgs and that is still growing with 50 more on the way. yes im ill but there could be worse things i could do. |

| I've never really counted, but I think at present I have over 200 baits, sick, I know. BUT, I try to bring less and less on the boat with me (throwing fewer baits I feel helps me to pattern what the fish want better), and on my favorite Lake Xs I am bringing between 15-20 baits a day. AND, I am now in the process of trying to rid myself of a large portion of the baits I currently own....right Tomyv?

| Man,I don't feel so bad.Altogether I have about 220 with about 40 of those just hanging by my workbench. When I'm by myself I usually bring them all. This year I'm really going to try to cut back.I find that most of them just sit there unless it's real slow then I become a compulsive bait changer. If I leave them on shore I'll stick with somehting longer which is probably a good thing.Besides I'm getting lazier and its a pain loading up the boat with all those boxes.I'd like to limit myself to 3 boxes. |

| Boy after reading some of the posts i dont feel to bad. organized most of my muskie baits after deer hunting and came up with 340. then you can add up the lake erie trolling cranks at 165. they also work good on pewaukee also for skies. the way it adds up to me is there is lots of room for new baits. Everyone needs a doz new slammers and undertakers. we are working on the sankeytails between icefishing outings. there never enough baits to own just not enough money to buy them all. |

| I have close to 30[:)] YOu have to start somewhere don't you think? |
| |
| I have over 60, thats from a person whos only caught 4 fish and last year was his first. |
| |
| I keep 50-60 in the boat around 300 total, But I get alot of these from other lure makers to try. |
