Location: Richland Center, WI.

Does anyone use the 30 minute Devcon as a topcoat on wood lures? I tried to coat a musky sized lure and got a lot of what looked like air bubbles in the top coat. I tried to heat it with a hair drier and the paint thinned out but seemed to cause more air buubles. Any ideas?
