Any tips for putting a plywood floor in an aluminum boat? Measuring? Does everyone mitre/angle the edges of their sheets to have it fit flush against the hull? rather than just the edge rest against the hull? Tips would be appreciated. Thanks. Just need a floor for standing on, no pedestal seats to be attached.

use wolmanized wood (sp?), and use carpet on it, stapling the carpet to the wood.....while wrapping it under the bottom and you'll not have to worry about edges against the hull.

I'm putting in a floor in my 69 mirrorcraft 16'. I'm using a composite wood product for decks. It's light and won't rot or warp and already has tread pattern embossed in it. Also no finish needed. May not suit your appl. Just thought I'd pass it on. Thanks and good fishing.
