What do you guys feel are the best batteries and on board chargers on the market?for a 36 volt system .Disregarding Cost..Thanks in advance ART

I buy my batteries at Wall Mart, and they work very well. 115 amp deep cycles, and the ones I got 4 years ago are still cookin'. I use a Minn Kota on board charger, and have been very happy with it, as well. There are two of them on my 1760, serving two 24 volt trolling motors.[:bigsmile:]

Check out the Marine Tech charging system. You can both charge you battery's with the alternator on your motor (providing it's big) or plug it in like a normal on-board charger. You can get information by contacting them @:651-486-2010.
