Location: Northern Wisconsin | i saw one in the poolside demo at chicago and it looked good so i bought one. it was 20 bucks
which seems alot for a bucktail. any one use them and was it worth the 20 bucks in your opinion? |

Location: Mapleton,IL | I haven't used them yet, but i bought one at the show,the blue and silver looks awesome. I didn't think about the price untill after it was all said and done, but at 20 dollars it seems a little steep. O well if it catches one muskie it will be worth it. |

| True story.I received a handful from Brad and Carrie that I'd ordered, about 2 days before the MuskieFirst Sab Bay outing this year.I start throwing it and think it pulls too hard and am thinking of cutting a blade off.I was WRONG.I was reeling too fast and slowed down.Then the fun started.First fish is a 49 that eats in the 8.For the week, on those baits,I had a 49, 48, 45, 43, and a 40, ALL on the 8. Even got the 40 eating it on video.Not to mention the big pike up to 36 or so.They are now a staple in my boat here in Minnesota.Big fish bait anywhere and the vibration is unreal.I swear, the fish feel it before they see it.I think I have 25 or so right now. Give it time this season and you'll be thinking that was the best $20 you've ever spent.Good Luck and have fun! Steve |

| Steve. Do you just cast these baits? They seem real heavy . One heck of a work out. I was even thinking of trying them trolling this year.
They definatley seem like a great bait. Hell they caught me I bought 4 last year. |

I personally didn't troll them but know several guys who did.As long as it's in the water, they'll eat it!They cast really easy too. Steve |

bigger than a double cowgirl and made of the highest quality components available. very very nice.

I havent trolled the Cowgirls, but I have trolled our XXX quite a bit. This fall I was able to get it about 8-10 feet down at 2-3 mph. Just snap a 4-6 oz weight in front of the leader and there you go.
In the summer you could leave the weight off and troll them over the tops of emergent vegetation. HOLD ON!!
But, I still prefer casting these baits. With the right gear they are a breeze to chuck and wind all day long.

Location: Fishing the weeds | I was fishing on Mille Lacs in November with Luke Ronnestrand and Gregg Thomas when Steve came in throwing a Cowgirl (in the dark). I couldn't see it but we sure could hear it. Sounded like somebody throwing wheel covers into the water. Steep Price but definately worth it. Can't wait to try the 'XXX'. Pat |

Location: Chanhassen, MN | Caught my first muskie w/Brad last July on a double cowgirl. You can really feel the blades... so you know they're working. Also bought two for myself. My orange & brown is already pretty beat up but keeps raising fish.
