| I have a couple of crankbaits that I purchased last year. They resemble the old "Hellbenders" but are much bigger. They are 7 1/2" long and are Musky baits. Dive very deep and very weedless. Somehow, I've lost the info. on them and there is no name on the lures. I would like to purchase some more, but can't find them. I thought I got them from Rollie & Helen's, but I don't see them in the catalog. Anybody have an idea what they are and where I can get them?
Thanks - Tom |

| It's not actually a Hellbender or waterdog, but very similar and quite a bit larger. The lip is long and rounded on the end, not the hourglass shape like a Hellbender. Perhaps waterdog would be a better description. Tacklebox Ohio has the smaller Hellbenders. The llure I'm looking for is larger with a rounded lip. Somewhat a longer body with long rounded lip. These things are Musky sized and go very deep. Thanks - Tom |

| I bet the lure you are looking for was made by Angling Designs. Used to be able to pick them up around Cave Run Lake, but I haven't seen them in a while. They made a bait similar to the Waterdog, but offered larger sizes, and they were made of wood. |
