Funky Chicken vs. Grinder (both in 3oz, single blade model)

Both of these two baits look well made, durable and "fishy". Are there specific situations you would throw one over the other, or are they interchangeable, as far as how you can fish with them?

I use Grinders in very heavy weed cover. The rubber skirt & short arm design help it come through weeds easily, which is what it was designed for I guess. I've never used the 3-oz Funky Chicken, but I would guess that it's for more of a deeper water, weedline use & not so much for very heavy weed cover.
