Has anyone seen a globe with the prop on the back of the bait, instead of the front? if so which one?

I haven't but that doesn't mean it isn't out there. I think of the Sennett Rough Runner when you describe this type of bait. I
like the roughrunner it produces a pretty unique sound. I think Smokeys had a lure by Nimmer called the Prop dog as well.
I think that T.E.N.S. lure company had one out with a rear type globe section as well. Hope this helps.
