| My 60hp Merc efi was recalled for a possible bad voltage regulator. Anyone else get this? My luck has been brutal with this engine. Its the old "if its not one thing it another" thing with me. One thing is that Merc has been very good with their customer service. So far this year ht eengine has run great. But i dont really put a ton of hours or beat the heck out of it. |

Location: Fonda IA | Dave my 03 60 hp 4 stroke had one this summer.My dealer got me in and going with in a week.I had a 5 year warrenty on my motor when I got it as part of the deal.It's been the only thing I ever had go wrong other the a lose connection with the tach wire.Dead batteries and EFI really (stink).There no way your going to get her to stay running if the battery is low.Dennis Blume |
