Posts: 10 Location: w\winnipeg, s\on an island in lotw | I've been guiding on lotw for a lot of years, and I never know what other people are catching. This year I boated a 52" and that was the biggest this year in camp. All you guy's are fishing out my way alot, I'm interested in what everyone else caught....not where, but what. Any pig's out there? I mean fish.....! My 52 was caught in Burrow bay, and had a guest catch a 51 on the south side of Rabbit. Maybe I've got the end of season blue's. Thank's guys and Girls

Location: Athens, Ohio | Rob, you'll have to excuse the gallows humor on this site. "There are no big fish in Wisconsin" is, apparently, code for: "if you are reading this and are thinking of coming to Wisconsin to net our fish, please don't!" Same thing with the post above. It is all in fun - I hope! You should check out the photo albums (click on the banner, above), for the Sabaskong Bay outings 2003 and 2004, lots of photos of big fish taken within shouting distance of Hay Island. I was - still am - pretty green to muskie fishing and I was able to boat a number of 30 to mid 40 inch fish when we were up there. JohnMD got the big one of the 2003 trip, Steve Jonesi got top honors for 2004 (I still recall the glee on his face announcing that after 25 years he'd finally broke 50). I netted a beast for Gene over near SplitRock point. Can't wait to see what 2006 will bring, hope I get to see you next year. m

Posts: 670 Location: Minnetonka , MN. | I'm packing for my last trip of the year. Still have not got any "A BIG ONE" this year. Maybe LOTW will be kind to me this trip.

Posts: 2024 | 48" just west of Rabbit. Biggest fish I've ever seen - 52-53" solid 35 lb. - (maybe 2nd actually) just SW of Miles Bay. Edited by esox50 10/12/2005 11:56 AM
