Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Wow, Frenchy and Buck in one week, the fishing world is losing some of our true pioneers. Both will be missed. I met Frenchy a few times over the years, he was a great guy with a tremendous sense of humor. |

| To this day, I still cherish an old King Kong Globe (as he called it) that he made and I picked up at his house when I was there with a good bud of mine that new him well. Yep, he had a great sense of humor and made some awesome baits. I have patched this thing up a few times and am not sure if I can after my last outing? If I can't I may just retire the old Kong and move on??? |

| I had the pleasure of meeting Frenchy this Winter. He was quite the character from what I have heard. A great musky fisherman and a great lure builder. He will be missed. May he rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and those who knew him well. |

Location: Forest Lake, Mn. | Sorry, not up to date on things. Could the Buck mentioned above be Buck Perry, The pioneer of structure fishing? If so, that is indeed a loss for all fishermen. |
