What's your feeling on Quantum's Hot Sauce, or the new Rocket Fuels? |

| I haven't used the Hot Sauce yet but I have used all the different "Rocket Oils" and to be honest I couldn't tell a difference. Maybe if you are using a reel to throw 1/16 oz. baits or other light baits they might be nice, but when you are heaving a 2oz.+ bait I just don't feel it's neccessary or even noticable.
The key thing when it comes to oil is remember: A LITTLE IS BETTER THAN A LOT, always error on the side of having to little oil as opposed to to much oil. |

Location: Holly, MI | On my small reel (Shimano Calais) for small light baits I use sewing machine oil. This stuff is dangerous. Way faster than hot sauce or rocket fuels. I agree the factory grease and oil is fine for heavy baits. It just plane doesn't matter what you use for the heavy stuff. Just do a little common maintenance and keep the sand and grit out of the reels to keep the wear to a minimum. |

| Try silicone spray, you will feel the differance right away. |
