Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | For those interested, the official sign-up for MatchFISHING 2005 will be Wed. May 18th at 7PM CST. We are shooting for a full-field of 32 teams, and if we do get 48 teams signed up, then we're going to go with 48 teams. SO, it will be a good idea to be ready with your team to sign up on May 18th!!!
Pools will be set up by the evening of the 19th, and Pool Play will start as soon as members of each pool are able to start scheduling.
Tenative Schedule (based on a field of 32 teams):
May 18th - Sign-Up
May 19th - Pools are set
May 20th - Competition starts (and yes, not everyone's season is open, but scheduling is the hardest thing here, and those who can fish then, should start asap. fishing early is NOT an advantage)
May 20th - August 31st - Pool Play
September - Round of 8
October - Final 4
November - Championship.
