i'm thinking of taking the family to Lac Seul for a week. do some walleye fishing and muskies..OF COURSE. Lac Seul is HUGE...the main basin..the little lakes connected..ect..Pelican...there is so so so much water and i found a quite a few camps online.

what are some of your favorite camps or resorts or cabins on Lac Suel? or who are some good guides? any places you think a man should maybe steer away from? by places,i mean camps/resort and or a certain part of the Resivoir that we should steer clear of?
Most of the camps i have found online do not even mention musky fishing. thanks

Do some research....muskies are scarce at best on the west side (where 95% of camps are located) - great walleye and pike fishing.

I think Doug Johnson takes a vacation to Lac Suel once and awhile. If you can reach him he might be able to recommend a place.

Sleazox,
Went to Lac Seul Outpost up in Chamberlain Narrows in the NE section a couple years ago. Very good muskie and walleye fishing in that area. The NE section is the most well known muskie area of the lake but I have heard that they are starting to spreadout more and more. Look up Lac Seul Outpost/Ojibway on the net. Plenty of info out there.
