Hey Dudes, Does anybody have any Idea when the hellhounds will be released to retailers. Also some of you southern muskie anglers have you seen this lure in action and what did you think.

Rollies, Pastikas have custom Hellhounds in stock. The standard colors will be shipped to all the retailers sometime this week. We decided to go with the same standard color line up as the Triple D. Sunburst Hot Perch Gold Shiner Night Shiner Shad Sucker Perch Bumble Bee Fire Tiger Cisco Silver Shiner Paintable Blank The only difference is that all baits have a white, chart or orange stripe on the top/flat of the head for better tracking... matt

K-BOB, Rollies might have what you are looking for... Call and ask for Jay or Tom. Matt

Good idea on the contrast stripping. Your customers will appectiate the added visual cue. You are the first manufacturer with the guts to do that and I for one applaud you.

Posts: 184 | I have been throwing the Hellhounds the last couple of days, and got a 37" fish today on one. They have some of the best action I have ever seen on a glide bait. I also lost a decent fish today as well. Big Thumbs up to the Hellhound!! Chad

Guest, I am right there with ya brother. IMHO... When it comes to color selection it is all a game of contrast. I remember when I first read "Color Concepts" by the Lord of the Ring A.K.A. Gold Finger A.K.A. jlong The article made perfect sense. It was interesting at the shows this year. The best "fisherman catching" colors were the wild hot colors with contrast.....last year it was the natural colors that caught the fisherman. Good for us - bad for the muskies..... matt

I was referring to the tracking stripe on the top but your contrast stripes on the baits are cool too

Posts: 358 | I for one cant wait to try this new bait from ERC. I will be heading south in exactly 7-days, 14-hours, & 30 minutes from right now. I will be throwing a custom painted Hellhound done in my Bubble Gum pattern. I heard lots of good things so far about this bait, and judging by the number of orders I have for custom painted Hellhounds, it sounds like another winner. Now, if the fish just will cooperate it will be a banner weekend!!!!
