Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | How many days on the water (at 4 hours or more) a year do you spend fishing Muskies? About what is your catch per hour rate where you fish, combined? |

Location: Lake St. Clair | Wow, that is going to take some math.
According to my Garmin GPS I was on the water over 600 hrs. But this includes walleye, bass and musky fishing.
I have not checked how many times I was musky fishing but know it was around 50-60X. During these times we averaged better than 5 musky/trip. Now as for catch rate/hr it varies because sometimes I would go out for 4-10 hrs. So we could avg those and make it 7 hrs.
That being said we would avg less than 1 fish/hr. in the boat. That would be using 3 or 4 rods. It is only 1 rod/person in Ontario waters of LSC. In many cases were hooked 5-10 muskies/day.

Location: Suspended | After Chartertalk's numbers mine pale in comparison but here's last year:
45 times out
29 muskie boated
247 hours spent chasing muskie
catch rate of .12 ski/hour or avg 8-1/2 hours per fish

| Let's see. 2004. only 6 trips. Averaged about 4 hours each. 24 hours. 13 fish. Wow! that's not bad.
Now, let's go back a couple years! hehehe Well, maybe I'll quit while I'm ahead. I plan to spend ALOT more time chasing muskies this year. |

Location: New Berlin,Wisconsin,53151 | My wife thinks I spend my whole life on the water, you know something she's right. Thank god I spend my nights at home. You think after 25 wonderful years that she would get use to it... |

| I don't fish much, and I never catch enough.
Though my daughter and I did kick the crap
out of the walleyes on The Mississippi River the week
of Easter last year.
This year it looks like it will even be less time.
