just bought a 7 foot and 6500 c3. what are thoughts on this rod. very good feeling rod and is light. also looking for a jerkbait rod for heavier baits. was thinking about the convergence 6'6 or 6'. any suggestions.

The Convergence are awesome rods--especially when you only pay $70 and get a lifetime, over the counter warranty! If you break it, bring it to your nearest Shimano retailer and get another one on the spot!!! For jerkbaits, go with the 6'. The 6'6" is a little too light for most of the glidebaits on the market.
Hope this helps,
