Does anybody have any experience with any of these rods? They have them on sale in their after Christmas sale regularly $139.99 on sale for $59.99. Seems like a heck of a deal. http://cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jhtml?id=0031624...

I have a 7.6 foot model, a decent rod for topwater, jigs, bucktails or other smaller baits not reallt enough rod for throwing the heavy stuff though.

I have a 7'6" I used for bucktails and I really like it. First one I had broke but the replacement seems good.

I have one of the Cabelas Fish Eagle II rods 7 1/2 ft. I use it as my bucktail rod and have had good success with it. I have three St. Croix premiers that I also fish with. The Fish Eagle is definately not in the same quality class, but it did not cost as much. Excellant rod for the money but it is only good for the lighter lures.

Looks like a 2 piece rod. Might be good for the traveler, wouldn't recommend it for muskies...........................

Good price though........
