Any pointers anyone can share on the Chippewa Flowage? I am heading there for the first time this coming weekend.

1. bring an extra prop (or two)
2. whatever you do, don't go to phipps! (you'll be sorry)
3. bring about $100 for suckers
4. if the water is low use extra caution
5. casting will still work well, but suckers on breaklines will never fail
6. once herman's sucks you in, its too late.
7. fish hard, don't sleep, she'll come
8. never trust friends that say (I know this spot like the back of my hand)
9. careful of the bogs
10. hire a guide if you are absolutely clueless.
11. Can't be specific on spots cause there are fish everywhere.
