Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI | 1) If you are wearing sunglasses at the time, take them off before you get to the border crossing.
2) Do not be on a cell phone when you are going through customs.
3) Uncover your boat before you cross and then put it back on after you have gone through.
4) If you are taking a son or daughter who is a minor, have their birth certificate and a notorized letter from your wife/their mother giving you permission to take them across the border.
5) Having your birth certificate or a passport can make things go more smoothly. We did not get asked for ours las week, but I was prepaired with mine.
6) Do not screw around/kid around or be laughing, even while in line near the building. There are eyes watching you!!
7) If there is a jokester in your group and they cannot behave, have them cross in their own vehicle otherwise be prepared for the rubber glove treatment. They do not like people who are like that.
8) Even if the boarder crossing person is a nice looking lady, keep your comments to yourself until you are across and you are out of ear shot. They do not like sexual comments. A group found out the hard way.
