Location: Eden Prairie & Pine Island | Thinking about spending the $50 or so for a pair of these for my boat trailer. Those of you who have them, what do you think? Any problems? It seems to me they are a nice convenience item mounted permantently on your trailer and would work nicely for a Father's Day gift...hmm? |

Location: Kentucky | Very handy. I got some for Christmas and have really appreciated them. They make loading/unloading quicker and stay more snug than the previous hinged set. |

| Which brand do you have? Boatbuckle or Rod saver brand? Bucklebuckle only provides a 1/1/2" bolt to go thru the trailer channel but mine has a 2" channel....Thanks |

Location: Minneapolis, MN | I don't know how anyone could go without the ratchet style tie downs. When I help friends with their straps I always get a knuckle smashed by those monsters. Never have to worry about losing one either. |

Location: Eden Prairie & Pine Island | Thanks guys! No joy for Father's Day, so I guess I'll have to score some on my own. |

| Has anyone ever put Boat Buckles on a Tuffy Esox Magnum with a Tuffy trailer? The brackets that are on the trailer are going the wrong way. The trailer is also a tube rather than a channel frame. |
