| I can't get the chat to work w/ netscape or IE, I know its a problem w/ Java, but I always try to download the java plugin and it doens't do crap. Can anyone help me? |

| What browser and what operating system?
You need to have java installed and enabled to use the chat. Host people do by default. Let me know and I'll walk you through it. Also, I will post a troubleshooter on the chat site page this evening.

| I could log on last night but today that "guest" thing can't be removed so I can't type my name. |

| I just downloaded the new java and crap and checked my internet options for IE and stuff and everything seems to be enabled. I just don't get it. |
