Location: Holly, MI | Anyone been to Budd in Harrison, MI? I spent 8 hrs in 45 degree rain a couple of saturdays ago with only one follow to show for my efforts. It was my first time there, pretty little lake. Didn't know where to fish it but it is small enough to cover a lot of the lake in a day. Any help would be appriciated. It is too far for me to go often but I would like to make it back there this year. thanks -dave |

| Budd is a pretty little lake. The fish in it are generally small and skinny from the lack of forage, and the clear water makes for a tuff bite. I fished it yesterday, the temps were 60-63. Moved some fish, one decent one. I see you are from Holly, my name is Danny and I work at Hick's Tackle and Archery in Flint on the weekends. We just started carrying muskybaits, so it would be worth your while to stop in and shoot the ship! The more musky guys I get in the store the better and bigger the musky section will be. I can give you some info on Budd if you want, but I will need your email. Check out this site as well michiganmuskiealliance.org
