Hey, did any of you guys get over the White Bear Sunday? I've been out of action for a long time and didn't see the post until too late. I didn't get there 'til about 2 pm and didn't see much going on. Got blown off the lake at 4 when the front came thru. Didn't move any fish.

Anybody do much?

I had a lot of fish moving Friday afternoon but no takers. Had a real pig going - at least 50" and very wide - a sure 30# - followed in three times within about 20 minutes so I got a real good look. Went back at sunset - she nailed my Jake ... I hammered her ... she rolled ... and was gone! How do they do that?[:knockout:]

Guess I have to keep at it.

We only had 4 guys in 2 boats. I think Thick and MM had a couple decent follows but no fish. Hooker and I saw about a dozen or so, mostly small with 1 or 2 decent sized. I got the only fish @ 33". We didn't start seeing anything until I went outside the box and started burning a bucktail. I was telling Hooker that I never fish them and I never get fish on a figure 8; so naturally I caught my fish on a bucktail doing a figure 8. Just goes to show you the fish want what they want and don't care what the muskie guru's have to say about it.
