Cave Run Lake Report 3-17-04"

LAST EDITED ON 03-17-04 AT 05:29 PM (CST)

We sell FISHING/HUNTING LICENSE & Parking Permits (Cash Only)
WATER LEVEL: 3.5' Below Summer Pool

WATER TEMP: 42 -49 Degrees Surface

WATER CLARITY: Murky to Muddy

BASIC INFORMATION:

Seems like our weather is back to reality with this cold front that has moved in for several days. The fishing has been steady all month and everyday someone comes in with pictures of their catches. The water temps around 9:00 am will be around 43-44 and rise slightly throughtout the day.

TECHNIQUE & SUGGESTED LURES:
Fish shallow water in the back of coves, sandy beaches and flats. I would throw squirrley Burts, Sledges, and of course the Rat-L-Trap. This time of the year is a waiting game.....work each fishing spot over heavy and go back if you have to.

THE BIGGEST SUPPLY OF BULLDAWGS & more inventory arriving daily!
SHALLOW INVADERS, DEEP INVADERS, BIG GAME TWITCH BAITS.

WE HAVE A LARGE SUPPLY OF LONG & SHORT SLEEVE Crash's Landing Shirts in Stock NOW!

Good Luck,
KEEP A TIGHT LINE,

CRASH MULLINS
