Subject: Hodag Musky Challenge

The lake chain I live on is part of the Hodag Musky Challenge this weekend. According to website, 36 teams on the Moen Chain. Yesterday, most of the boats I saw were in close, pounding the shallows, despite of lot of weeds remaining and bloom. Today, the majority of boats seem to have dropped back into deeper water. Has to be tough. Water is warmer than normal, from what guys have said and the bloom is heavier than normal. I am sure someone will figure it out, but for all day yesterday the scoreboard showed only 4 fish for the teams on the chain. At least the weather is good.

Something I have noticed as well is that no one is crowding other boats, everyone appears to be giving each other space. I understand that is not always the case in tournaments.
