Just a reminder that the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinal Sports show begins this week and runs through the 21st. Looks like there's going to be musky lectures from Spence Petros and Steve Miljat.

Last year the show moved from the old downtown "nothing but hassles" location, to State Fair Park, in West Allis.
The new location has breathed new life into what had become a very lame "so-called" sports show.
The State Fair Park is just east of the intersection of HWY. 45, I-894, and I-94. Take the 84th St. exit and follow the signs.

I know the Milwaukee paper has a map and list of exhibitors, but I don't subscribe, being from outa town. What day did the info appear, so I can find a copy at the library? Reason I ask is, while the location change may be an improvement to most, I thought I found more stuff of interest two years ago downtown than last year at State Fair Park. Being "MiserMike," I don't buy much and have to decide if it's worth the cost of admission just to look. Hey, I'm so cheap/broke that respooling my '72 Ambassadeur 3500C is a major step!
