The thread abound treble hooks got me to thinking about rigging Red October tubes. I normally fish either the Shallow or Hybrid rigs but always add an additional treble. Just wondering if it's even necessary. Any of you run only the 2 supplied hooks on your tubes? Any issues with hook ups?

I run only two trebles but usually replace the front with a 7/0 mustad. The tube is very effective and fish eat it deep. No reason to put more hooks on it and risk hurting the fish more, or yourself.
