As a teenager I had some great times in Northen Wis. on the 4th, and I was talking to one of my sisters about all the good time we had on the 4th " we didn't go up north much" I looked at the photo's and she was right a lot of times in late July and mid August for my Grandma's birthday. One of my best day's ever was 4th of July 1979 I was 18 and old enough to drink Beer went to a great barbeque saw my first Bear and northern lights. And caught a ten pound Muskie on the first.

Sitting on the dock with a gin and tonic, waiting for the fireworks to start.

Three or four places around our home folks blow off some professional grade stuff great show from the front yard. We just had a big storm blow thru and it's gone now I'm starting to hear stuff. Gin and Tonic brings back a bad time when I was 25, Let's say I don't drink Gin any more.
